Vision

The Vision of NCCSL is to be the leading source of services and assistance to businesses countrywide for promotion of domestic and foreign trade with special emphasis on the development of SMEs.

Mission

The Mission is to provide trade promotion services and assistance required by businesses to function competitively in domestic and overseas markets and to represent them in matters of common and individual interest at all fora including discussions and deliberations convened by the government

The Mission is to be achieved primarily through enhancing the efficiency and competitiveness of firms countrywide and strengthening the dialogue with the government to assist in creating a conducive business environment.

National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka was awarded a Prestigious Award
by the World Chamber Congress

The National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka (NCCSL) was awarded a prestigious award by the World Chamber Congress at the sixth World Chamber Competition conducted recently in Malaysia. The Chamber has been selected for implementing the ”Most Successful Small Business Project” which led to develop the small business in the rural Sri Lanka.

51st Annual General Meeting of NCCSL

The Chamber held its 51st Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 9th February 2010 at the Grand Ballroom of Hotel Galadari, Colombo. The business Session commenced at 5.00 p.m and was followed by the ceremonial sessions with Cocktails.

INTRAD – EXPO 2010

The National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka in association with the Ministries of Export Development & International Trade, Industrial Development Board, Enterprise Development & Investment Promotion, Sri Lanka Export Development Board, Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Department of Commerce, Sri Lanka Tea Board and Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau held “INTRAD-EXPO 2010” International Trade Fair & Investor Forum from 07th to 09th May 2010 at the BMICH, Colombo 07.

The National Indigenous Healthcare Exhibition and Symposium

concluded Successfully.

The National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka in association with Ministries of Indigenous Medicine, Export Development & International Trade, Tourism and Industrial Development held “Ayurveda 2009” Indigenous Healthcare Exhibition & Symposium from 23rd to 25th May 2009 at BMICH, Colombo 07.
